With the Schüco ADS 90.SI (Super Insulation) door system, Schüco has created a guiding model in the aluminium door market with its low energy consumption and its system. By extending the insulation zones, a circumferential central swing seal and special glazing rebate insulation give the system excellent properties, e.g. water tightness up to a pressure of 750 Pa, and Uf = 1.4 W/m2K values. With proper three-layer glazing or energy-efficient door leaf insulation, excellent Ud values may be reached, better than <1.4 W/m2K.

Energy efficiency and thermal insulation are playing an increasing role among newly built and renovated residential and public buildings.
